SkinVision is a MedTech service that helps prevent skin cancer by combining AI and Dermatologist expertise to give instant risk assessments for skin spots. I was responsible for improving the onboarding for iOS and Android Mobile apps.

The redesigned onboarding increased customer trust and ease of use by focusing on key steps in the funnel that had the highest friction and drop-off. The introduction screens and medical health insurance / BSN linking were the main focus areas amongst other steps in the onboarding where minor UX improvements were made.
