I designed an onboarding step for single-policy intent customers, highlighting available policies for bundling, resulting in higher cart size and product awareness.

Overall improvements were made to conversion for multi-policy customers by optimizing web onboarding, enhancing navigation, transitions, and checkout access. Designed post-purchase cross-sell experience for single-intent policy customers, educating on additional policies to increase awareness and drive bundled policies conversion.
