Lemonade
While at Lemonade I worked to improve awareness and purchasing of policy bundles to help people protect more of the stuff they cared for.
Overall improvements were made to conversion for multi-policy customers by optimizing web onboarding, enhancing navigation, transitions, and checkout access. Designed post-purchase cross-sell experience for single-intent policy customers, educating on additional policies to increase awareness and drive bundled policies conversion.
